配送ポリシー
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 -3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be potential delay in delivery during Festive seasons or due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.
Domestic Shipping rates and estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We charge $5/- for local delivery (exclude Sentosa and Tuas areas)
Deliveries made from 9am - 6pm on Saturdays or Sundays. We will contact you via test message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In Store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with pickup at our workshop/office. After placing your order and selecting [Self-pickup] at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 - 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 5pm on Tuesday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International orders
We offer international orders to the following countries:
- USA
- Japan
- Indonesia
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) at the destination country. Ovation Lifestyle is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Please allow 48 hours for tracking if required.
If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@trinetservices.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns unless the item is shown broken or manufacturing defects or damage in its condition. Proof of item photos must be emailed to us upon receipt of the order within the same day of delivery. We will process the return request and once it's approved, we will contact you on the return/refund process.
We address this on case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
